An Organic Agriculture Application Form is sent to the entrepreneurs who want to apply, and they are provided to fill the form and send it back to us by hand, fax or e-mail.
A contract is prepared for the entrepreneur in the light of the information in the Application Form received by our firm. When the contract is signed, an entrepreneur number is given and the file is opened.
After the contract is signed with the entrepreneur, an audit plan is prepared according to the application and contract information of the entrepreneur and the controller is assigned to carry out the necessary checks.
If a positive decision is made as a result of the control, a document (Organic Agriculture Entrepreneur Certificate) showing that he meets the organic farming conditions is given to the entrepreneur.
In the case of a negative decision, the operator is notified (negative certification decision letter) and the process is started from the beginning.
